Overview

 

As part of (Assessing the Impacts of Irrigation Improvements and Innovations project (A4I)), one of the JCAR Research Activities, the socioeconomic survey team from Wageningen University and Research (WUR), Soil, Water and Environment Research Institute (SWERI), and Deltares, has conducted the first part of the survey testing in Kafr Elsheikh.

 

The survey testing aims to further develop the surveys to be more suitable for farmers and to achieve the required objectives. Digital surveying in Egypt was tested on the field for the first time by the involved partners and different scenarios aimed to further gender inclusiveness were also tested.
