Based on the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation for the research project team (Assessing the Impact of Irrigation Improvement and Innovations (A4I)) by adding the Aswan to the study areas in addition to the governorates of Kafr El-Sheikh and Qalyubia, the team carried out an exploratory visit to determine the pilot and measurements that were made at the level of the field, Mesqas, and drains.
